These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through Hotel Saket Prayagraj's official website. By using our booking services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Policy

1.1 Room Availability: All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of confirmation.
1.2 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
1.3 Check-in/Check-out Time:

• Check-in: 11:00 A.M. Morning
• Check-out: 11:00 A.M. Morning
  Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Advance Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
2.2 Accepted Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other online payment methods.
2.3 Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely. We are not liable for unauthorized payments or disputes arising due to external payment gateways.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Guest:

• Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, Deducting 30% of total charge for processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will be charged 50% of total fees as a cancellation fee.
  3.2 No-Show Policy: Failure to check in on the booked date will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.
  3.3 Cancellation by Hotel: In the unlikely event of cancellation by Hotel Saket Prayagraj, you will receive a full refund or an alternative accommodation arrangement.

4. Amendments to Booking

4.1 Change Requests: Amendments to your booking (dates, room type, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2 Request Timeline: Changes must be requested at least 2 days prior to the check-in date.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
5.2 Any damage to hotel property during the stay will result in additional charges.
5.3 Guests must adhere to hotel policies, including no-smoking and no-pet rules in designated areas.

6. Liability

6.1 Hotel Saket Prayagraj is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings.
• Delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
  6.2 Guests are responsible for their behavior and ensuring compliance with local laws during their stay.

7. Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from bookings will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Prayagraj courts.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all bookings made after the effective date.
